About MJ

I am the only Olympic certified Athletic trainer in Brevard county! See alot of trainers can only train but I can treat and help your athlete recover from any sports related injury! I have 13 years of experience and I am a professional basketball coach for the Florida Basketball Association (FBA).

What i enjoy the most is helping kids/ probdo things they thought they could never do! And just watching them improve every day we train!

I was inspired by one of my coaches and I started coaching at 14 years old.

I have been coaching and training for 13 years ages 8 -Pros. I went to oplex and graduated with my sports physio therapy certifications. I have over 5000 hours of hands on injury prevention and sports Rehabilitation! I am CPR and Aed certified I am also certified in Acl injury prevention I also am certified by the Olympics in sports training. Professional basketball coach and owner for the Brevard Bobcats we play in the (FBA) Florida Basketball Association will graduate this year with a BA in sports Management

About the lesson

I elevate new students by having them do a 20 minute skills circuit that includes running, shooting, footwork, strength.

Advice would be test the coaches ability asked to see a live Training session. Check credentials because anyone can know the game but everyone isn't ment to be a coach our trainer

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
The main question should how dedicated are you going to be to get better, because alot of days your not going to feel like going or doing anything so you have ask yourself how bad do you want to be successful and committed.
