15 years experience as Certified Health Pro and 6 years as collegiate educator. Author of B.O.U.N.C.E: Be Outstanding Understand Nothing Comes Easy. Billboardz Wellness 360 offers comprehensive Health and Wellness coaching and consulting which includes holistic nutrition planning and emotional, spiritual and mental wellness coaching. Among Dallas' highest rated health and wellness professionals on Ideafit.
I enjoy helping people reestablish themselves through improved health in an effort to regain control of their lives. When you feel better, you do better, you do more. I love helping people to bounce back from the things this life dishes out, helping them change their perspective on challenges and obstacles as chances to see how they measure up and opportunities to grow.
