About JJ
Genesis Fitness was created out of a passion to provide our clients a new start on their fitness journey. We approach fitness holistically with nutrition advice, personal training, and recovery.
We specialize in HIIT training, either 1 on 1 or through small group personal training.
10yrs experience training. ISSA/AFAA and CrossFit certified. CPR/AED/BLS certified. Have worked for many gyms, big and small.
