About Samantha
Samantha Taylor has run a personal training or boot camp program since 1999 throughout the Tampa Bay area. Currently operating as Samantha Taylor Fitness, since 2013 each site houses two services: Pure Health Personal Training and Fit Body Boot Camp for Women. Services include personal training, nutrition and boot camp services to meet the specific needs of women in Land o' Lakes, Wesley Chapel and Carrollwood, Florida.
Pure Health Personal Training
Offers 1-on-1 training and small group personal training sessions along with personal nutrition information and meal plans. Both the Land o' Lakes Resort Studio and the Wesley Chapel Studio offer a clean, bright and private space for training with certified personal trainers.
Fit Body Boot Camp for Women
Samantha Taylor Fitness operates the Land o' Lakes, Wesley Chapel and Carrollwood Fit Body Boot Camps in Pasco and Hillsborough County, Florida. Fit Body Boot Camp is a results-driven and energetic fitness and fat loss workout program that includes motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training in a safe, clean and non-intimidating environment. Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in 30 minute sessions with a group of like-minded women. Membership includes clear and concise eating information to teach women how to eat and love the food they eat for the rest of their life thus achieving weight loss goals, gaining strength, and reclaiming toned bodies and self-esteem.
Helping women in the Tampa Bay area regain their confidence, health and bodies back.
