I transitioned from a career in Physical Therapy to Fitness amd have a passion for Women's Health ( Aging challenges, Spine & Bladder Health, Pregnancy & Postpartum
Women and their special fitness needs are often underserved and I love sharing my knowledge with in my specialty niche.
