After years as a student athlete, I knew I wanted to remain in the fitness / sport industry professionally.

I normally get to know a bit about the person’s lifestyle and exercise and eating habits. We talk about goals and I recommend a Program that will get them there based on training frequency. I offer a complimentary 30 min session for all new clients.
I have worked with kids (sport specific) as young as 12 yo. I have also worked with young adults to lose weight and /or gain muscle mass. I have worked with people who’s focus was to strengthen an injury and maintain their health. I have also helped individuals increase mobility and enhance their daily life.
