About Sarjeet
I work online and offer both 1:1 and group sessions. I'm a certified Mindfulness Coach, having over 5 years of experience. I help people coping with stress, anxiety, depression, separation, break-up, low self-esteem and self-judgments etc. Currently I'm working with a US based company called "CalmScholar". I use Breathwork, Chakra healing, meditation+visualisation, inner child work, pranayama and more through coaching sessions to support my clients. If you hire me or wish to work with me, I assure you for delivering the best possible to meet your goals.🌱
I love helping people and see their happy faces. It makes me feel I'm part of them and by helping them I heal myself. When I work with someone I treat them as I would treat myself and give my best to them in order to bring happiness and joy back in their life. It's my passion and I keep working on it.
Yoga, naturopathy and wellness.
