I've worked with Courtney for over 5years. I like to train at 7am before work when I am neither motivated or interested. Courtney shows up prompt and is both equally entertaining and challenging. The workouts are varied depending on what goals I set for myself. Sometimes its pilates for flexibilty and other times I prefer standard weights for more aggressive fat burning. Highly recommend her.
