About Maria
With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have coached, guided, and motivated many people to achieve and surpass their health and fitness goals. I specialize in Core, Functional training and nutrition.
As a Health and Wellness Coach, my goal is to help each client become a stronger and more empowered individual through Core training and clean eating. It is about mind-body health “working from the inside first”.
I am professionally certified with the International Sports and Sciences Association (ISSA), and educated through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
I also own a health and fitness studio called Core Fit in Lehi, which focuses on total body health and wellness.
Above all, my passion is about helping others. My lifetime mission is to continue inspiring and changing lives through the work I love.
Changing peoples' lives through coaching. Allowing them to challenge themselves in a controlled, safe but fun environment while they work towards their health and fitness goals.
I love what I do, and grateful that I have been able to help so many people.
I have been a Personal Trainer and Health Coach for over 20 years. I have founded and owned two health and fitness studios, most currently Core Fit Studio. I am certified with the International Sports and Sciences Association, and formerly the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have created a successful weight loss/clean eating program called 30 Days to a Healither You. Currently CPR certified.
