About Tifani
My service is uniquely designed to fit each of my clients specific needs and capabilities. I am a very supportive trainer and strive to ensure my clients are being pushed to their full potential. I train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai many hours a week and enjoy bringing the cardio and strength aspects of martial arts into sessions. I study sports dietics and have extensive knowledge of macronutrients, micronutrients, overall nutrition and how to incorporate a realistic diet into everyday life to ensure success.
I love everything about my career. I enjoy helping to motivate and teach people to be better versions of themselves through fitness and healthy living as well as offer them knowledge to continue to grow to meet their personal goals.
