About Kim
I do not believe in a one size fits all approach in coaching. When I work with clients, I create a customized program based on their specific needs. Not only are there different goals and desires, everyone is starting at a different stage in life. Another factor is that I offer complete health and fitness training not limited to the physical body, but including a combination of Mind, Body and Spirit to achieve the best results. My desire and experience in helping others achieve their fitness and health goals has spanned 30+ years.
I love being able to help my clients get the results they are looking for. It is very rewarding to see the transformation in people when they get excited and go "all in" to work to achieve their goals.
