About Bob
Have taught and coached for 45 years. I love developing young students with a healthy lifestyle. My 30 minute workouts have you developing motor skills, balance, eye/hand coordination, stretch and flexibility.
I teach a healthy lifestyle that will show you equipment not required.
I have been a Teacher and Coach for 45 years, currently Athletic Director for St Joseph School in Hawthorne, California. I enjoy seeing young people develope healthy life styles through my classes.
