About Jerell
My service stands out because i provide the knowledge to my clients for them to feel confident in their workouts whether it's basketball or a Personal Training Session. I educate all of my clients on healthy habits and positive thinking.
I enjoy seeing people grow mentally and physically. There comes an ultimate confident booster with my process. I love getting people to do things that they never thought they would accomplish.
I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for 4 years. A Basketball Trainer with all types of age groups for 6 years. I also have an education in massage therapy.

I put all of my clients through a physical Evaluation and Consultation. We discuss your exercise history or if any injuries. We also discuss your goals and how have you started on your path for a healthier lifestyle.
