CrossFit MidHudson, founded in 2016 and located in Highland, New York, caters to everyone from beginners to elite athletes. This 3500 sq ft facility offers a mix of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio in a fun, community-oriented environment. With small class sizes, effective coaching, and amenities like showers and towel service, they are committed to helping you achieve your desired level of fitness.
