Well known in the Southern Fairfield county area.I love training young men women boys girls athletes. I get excited for any challenge that come my way because I've been very successful and reaching their goals and my goals I am genuine about my training and I am very committed to my clients. Doesn't matter how big or how small you may be I am experienced and body toning muscle building fat loss even taking inches off the body. I've been a trainer for over 20 years and I love every minute of it.
