I love changing lives. I believe in Strength. So I make sure to be a power house of strength and spirtuality so I can help deserving others.
Through my personal challenges and a shere passion for fitness and helping others.
I have several fitness certifications a bachelors in Sports Science and also a Masters in Sports Sciences as well. But my strongest suit is my ability to work with all personalites and inspire from with in. This in turn makes for amazing results. I take a full on approach. Nutrition, Fitness, and just about everything it will take to get my client in the best shape of their life. I am a Life coach.

My Private sessions at my boutique facility run anywhere from $125- $100 per appt depending on the package purchased.
My distant training package comes at $300 per month. This entails Nutritional guidance, support. Diet designed by me a shopping list. Training video's every week which I send to you. We communicate every day via Text/ Whatsapp. And have a phone conversation 2x a month. I have had great sucess with this feature.
