About Owen
I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a 4 year Degree in Exercise Science! I have been working with clients for several years now and specialize in weight loss, back and sciatic pain, strength gains, and muscle toning.
I am different because I know the science and the WHY behind gaining strength, losing weight, and reducing pain. I spent 2 years studying how to work with special polulations (pains, disabilities, Diabetes, etc.).
My FAVORITE thing about my job is helping other achieve their goals! I have a passion for motivating you to get to the next level and providing an expert program to GET YOU THE RESULTS YOU DESIRE!
