About Tauny
My goal is to provide a healthy means to the healing of mind, body, and soul through exercise and nutrition. The phrase “you are what you eat” is true in so many ways. One most recognizable way is the obesity rate in our country. It is unheard of in other countries to not only eat the way we do, but how we go about it. We have a tendency to over eat when we are hungry and over eat when we are not hungry. This is a reckless habit that will send you to your demise in a most painful way. Please know that if you are reckless with your diet, then you’re being reckless with your life.
