I am a NASM Personal Trainer and have over 20 specialty certifications. My passion is helping middleage and older people achieve a fit and happy life.
I enjoy working with people, and helping them achieve their goals.
My mentor, Gym owner and former NY Jets strength and conditioning coach, encouraged me to follow my passion for health and wellness.

The first step is to see where you are now. A few simple movements will tell me how best to start you out. We will then crest a program that will work for you!
All ages from 5-85, men and women, all levels of fitness.
Ask lots of questions and be sure you are comfortable working with the trainer.

Make a list of all the concerns you have, and changes you want to make. The more information I have, the better I am able to help you!
