We conduct a one-hour physical, nutritional and fitness assessment which is complimentary. This can be conducted at your residence or virtually online.
Once a package is purchased, we can then begin one-hour session training at your residence (inside or outside or garage), a public park, a public beach, or virtually online.

We offer one hour sessions in packages of 12, 24, 48 and 96. Discounts vary depending on number of sessions purchased as well as if you are training solo or at the same time with another individual or as a small group (family and/or friends)
