About Douglas
I've been a personal trainer for the past 15 years. I'm one of the best in the business. I do In-home, Online, and semi-private training. I also have a private 2500 sq. ft. personal training studio in Glastonbury. I'm a Healthy Lifestyle Transformation Expert and a published author (The Perfect Scale) available on Amazon.
