About Personal
Wayne Lundy, CPT I believe that improved health and fitness come as aresult of adopting a healthy lifestyle. Combining exercisewith proper nutrition is the way to achieve your goals. After the gym closings of 2020, I transitioned my clients to training at my fully equipped home studio. I have a cat just in case of any allergies.
After meeting with you, I would put together a program designed to meet the specific needs and goals of your group. We would work on your exercise and nutrition. Buddy sessions are a great way to burn calories and have fun. There is no charge for the consultation.
