About Andre
I strive to promote, not only the finest quality of fitness, but also the finest quality of healthy lifestyle training. My purpose as a trainer is to bring instructional expertise to the client’s fitness level while providing a personalized interactive program tailored to the client’s individual needs and goals.
I've always had a passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle choices. I wanted to share my expertise with others. I knew I wanted to be a personal trainer the first time I saw the reaction from the results of a satisfied client.
I've attended The American Fitness and Nutrition Academy and I am NASM certified.

I like to meet with the client to establish goal setting, reason for desired training, fitness and medical history, fitness assessment, nutrition modification, and program design.
I have worked with all types of clients of various ages from teens to older adults. I focus on weight loss, injury rehabilitation, muscle mass, and strength training.

Details
My services are $35 per session. I also want to accommodate everyone’s financial needs. If a client wants to pre-purchase a plan I have 3 easy payment plans to choose from:
1. $560 per month
2. $280 bi weekly
3. $140 per week
All pre-purchased plans include a maximum 4 sessions per week training sessions. These session times and dates must be agreed upon by trainer and client prior to the week of training and sessions will not be credited without a 24 hour cancellation notice.
