About Cory
Here at ATG Frisco we work to build your abilities from the ground up. We start with addressing the weaknesses and imbalances in your feet. Then we work up from there to ensure that a solid foundation is set to build upon. The knees, hips, low back and shoulders are common offenders for most. We have a systematic approach to addressing all the nooks and crannies that most traditional training will overlook or ignore completely.
Sure we get great satisfaction helping our clients achieve their strength or asthetic goals but what really excites us is when we help our clients get out of pain and reclaim their birthright. To move well and do it pain free.
I've been a coach and trainer for 32 years. I have owned and operated my own training business since 2005 with training and certifications in many disciplines.
