About Alba
We have the honor of working with some of the best in the medical industry as well as the fitness industry. It has been our goal to merge the best of medical professionals and exercise to work within the design of the human body. With using the bases of Assess. Restore. Train.
Assess because you can't fix what you don't know is broken. Restore to bring the body back to balance. Train for all the fun stuff!
We can work with someone fresh after surgery, as a compliment for their physical therapy. Correct muscular imbalances caused over years and decrease the negative symptoms of pain and loss of function, get people back to themselves again! Post-partum. Preventative care.
Bringing hope alive. To help someone accomplish what they never thought possible. My work is not a job, it's a reward and a blessing to be a small part of what changes someone's life.
