About William
Hello my name is Bailey Dangerfield and I have been helping clients lose weight for a little over 5 years. I help people get toned and burn fat in 12 weeks or less with boxing specific workouts 🥊. What separates me from other trainers is that I make the exercises fun by implementing boxing workouts with strength training which will help you burn fat, develop muscle definition and get lean. On top of that I will provide nutritional guidance, motivation and most importantly accountability to help you reach your goals efficiently ! I look forward to working with you!
