About Joseph
Our priority is helping clients understand the importance of MOVING properly through various patterns of movements (IE exercises). We are strict on educating while training our individual clients and those clients in group classes as well. While we always maintain client goals as the target, we never sacrifice form/technique or create shortcuts in the process. We firmly believe that helping clients create a fitness LIFESTYLE by providing sustainable and attainable fitness programs, while educating them in the process, will ensure they're set up for success (in fitness) throughout the lifespan.
As the owner of Kronic Kettlebell Fitness, I began my journey in helping clients in 1995 (entering my 25th year). I've worked with 9 year olds to 84 year olds and everyone in between. No matter the client, each one has a PURPOSE for stepping into the facility! I want to ALWAYS keep that purpose , their "why", in the forefront!
I hold BS and MS degrees in Exercise Science/ Kinesiology, with emphasis in Biomechanics. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Post Rehab Exercise Specialist.
