Over 10 years of experience working with conditioning and strength training. Complete knowledge of exercises, exercise equipment and functionality.
Expert at stretching and flexibility for functional movements.
Muscle building and endurance training.
Certified personal training and physical therapy aide.
I have breathed, lived and been around gyms for most of all my life- so I know what it takes to be successful and reach your goals. You have to work smarter not harder. I hold a certification in personal/group training and also am certified in physical therapy aide.
