About Amber

I am a certified personal trainer with over 8 years of experience. I specialize in helping women meet their fitness goals. I make fitness convenient and safe by coming to my clients' homes. I have a fitness studio in the works at my own home to give clients the option of an alternative location.

My personal passion for fitness and overall health spurred my journey to become a personal trainer. I reached a point in my life where I felt physically weak and I had a hard time finding fitness professionals who were well rounded enough to work with a wide range of individuals, from weight loss to strength training. I decided that I would become the personal that I needed & help others as well.

I am NFPT & ASFA certified.

About the lesson

I encourage my clients to meet at least twice a week for best results, but we can meet more or less often as schedule/budget allows. Sessions typically last about an hour and I like to have an initial (free) consultation to discuss goals and any health issues we may need to work around. This consultation can take place in person or over the phone.

I have worked with a wide age range 20-72. I have also worked with clients with various health issues and injuries.
