About Bonnie
Established in 2000, Bodies by Bonnie is a Pilates and Personal Training Studio serving the Northern Virginia suburbs of Fairfax, Centreville, Vienna, Oakton, and Reston. It offers personalized training programs aimed at helping individuals achieve their fitness goals, alleviate past injuries, and prevent future ones. With certified and experienced instructors, the studio uses Pilates equipment to strengthen deep core muscles and improve posture, flexibility, and control. Bodies by Bonnie specializes in private and semi-private sessions, providing a holistic full-body workout in a fully-equipped, serene studio setting.
