I had a deep want to people change their lives in a healthy way, to help them realize the healthiest self. It was a true blessing to see clients move towards a healthier lifestyle.

I was a personal trainer at 24Hour Fitness in California, I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Plebotomist, I have a background in sports and martial arts as well. All of these areas in my life give me a great understanding of the body (of vaying types and health conditions) to better serve you!

About the lesson

First, explore goals. Short term and long term.

Go over lifestyle (eating, sleeping, recreation, exercise, family, etc.) and it impacts your goals, good and maybe not so good.

Then health and physical assessment (and any possible medical releases from your physicians)

Create fitness plan according to your goals and timeline/schedule.

Make sure the trainer listens to you and what your particular goals are and they are HONEST with you about timelines, goals, and the amount of effort the both of you will be putting in.
