About Lauren
I am a personal trainer in the East Lansing, MI area. I have been certified from ACE for 3 years personal training and group fitness instructing. My goals with personal training for the clients is to get them working towards their goals. I individiualize each workout based off the clients fitness level, goals and physical capabilities. I work with a wide range of clients, from younger school students to older aged people of all fitness levels.
I love being able to get clients closer to their goals. It is very fulfilling when you motivate someone to push themselves out of their comfort zone.
