About Emily
I'm based in Durham, but I travel to clients within a 3-hour radius (if you're outside of that I can do sessions online). I offer hourly sessions at my gym for $50/hour. But if time/money are tight or you're not able to get to Durham, check out my Essentials package. I travel to you, do a session with you to teach you my methodology, and design a workout plan based on your current fitness level. You then track your workouts and check-in with me daily through an app/texts/phone calls. Check out durhampersonaltraining.com for more details.

We have an intro session in-person or online and then I write you a workout plan based on your goals. I use the Train Heroic app (which includes instructional videos) to deliver your workout plan and track progress.
