About John
I teach clients that "Exercise completes what NUTRITION does".
I have been in the fitness and wellness field for over 20 years. I am a Corrective Exercise Specialist and a coach for nutrition, flexibility, exercise and pain management. I work with clients of all groups amd currently have 3 clients over the age of 90 years old.
I want clients to learn as I teach and coach them to have the best life that they can.
