About Michael
We are a complete wellness studio offering you a safe place to move, breathe, heal, and connect. We specialize in personal training and holistic lifestyle coaching including nutrition, sleep patterns and stress management. Your goals become our mission-losing weight, looking and feeling better, having more energy, and/or strengthening your body. We incorporate a wide variety of exercise modalities including yoga, Pilates, TRX, strength and conditioning, cardiovascular training, and calisthenics, which keep workouts fresh and challenging.
As a husband and wife team, we feel very blessed to share the same passion, and because our "job" lines up with that passion, we can truly enjoy our days. We love helping people feel better in their own skin. Ultimately life is about living authenitically and with joy; because we help people feel strong and powerful in their bodies, we care contributing to that truth. We geninually love our clients and enjoy the long term relationships we create with each and every one of them.

We big with an extensive holistic and physical assessment process in which we take details measurements of a new client's entire body including their spine, hips and deep core strength. We then take this data and use it to design a perscription based exercise program - either in the studio, virtually, or to design a home program.
