About Charis

In my city they know me as beauty meets fitness. I will train you for the body you want, turn around and make you up for your wedding and in the same day bake cupcakes for your event. All my trainings used to be strictly in the gym, but now I meet my immobile customers through skype, my out-of-state clients virtually, my locals face-to-face in the gym, park, home or etc.

This is my everyday life! This is not a job to me, this is an enjoyment, a hobby, where I make my bread and butter.

•My first ever fitness job was an all women’s gym where I had to audition in front of all the workers and I walked in did a dance fitness number for audition and walked out with a job!

•I’ve been doing hair for my friends and family for years, so I finally felt the need to get paid and make my own prices, so I am an Alumni of Daytona State College for Cosmetology.

•Kii’s Cupcakes started as just going to 1 baking class and after that day, my daughter and I ran with it and we've been baking ever since with a great following and community support!

I am a Certified Personal Trainer, a Licensed Cosmetologist, a Licensed Makeup Artist and an Home Cupcake Baker with my 9 year old daughter and her business “Kii’s Cupcakes.”

About the lesson

I meet with every student on their actual level and learning capacity. Every single client or customer learns different, so I build off that students characteristics.

I’ve worked with clients who were perfectly fine physically and also clients who have disabilities and/or limited.

You know what you want for yourself, so you have to choose the expert that is right for your needs. Even if you think you found the one and it doesn’t work, try another expert because there is a fit for everyone.

At CharisJoyBeautyFIT we always throw these #cjbfitformation camps, where everyone transforms their body and it’s such a celebratory moment because in that moment everyone was able to focus on themselves, no judgement zone and transformations were celebrated big and small.

Kii’s Cupcakes just received a huge shoutout from Award Winning Baker #SophiaMyaCupcakes and it was such an honor!
