About Frank
I have a Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology, a Master in Fitness Training and I have studied Pilates for several years. All of that gave me a deep understanding of how the body works and which is the most efficient, safe, and short way to achieve a very strong, healthy, flexible and toned body.

Frank takes pride in creating unique, individualized workouts that are challenging, fun, and effective. He is convinced that each personalized session is an important stone for his clients to achieve their goals. His approach to training begins with postural alignment assessment and corrective exercises, followed by progressive skill development to build well-rounded workouts. He believes that uniform body development is the key for a strong and flexible body free of injuries.
