About Stacie
We are a fitness studio that caters to your goals!
being able to help others reach their goals no matter how big or small
I've always taught kids in dance and gymnastics and wanted to continue that in my adult life. It turned into fitness as it intrigued me.
I have 15 years experience in the fitness industry including fitness competing (5x World Miss Fitness America Pro Champ), AFAA Personal Training Certification, First Aid, and more.
