About Luiz
Luiz Antonio is originally from Brasil. He has his B.A degree in Physical Education, and his Master’s Degree in Sports Training . He is a certified Personal trainer and a Certified Sports Nutrition Coach. Luiz’s philosophy is to help people achieve their fitness goals by being healthy and having fun. In addition he has 14 years of experience working in the fitness field. He believes that each client has different goals, and needs and he enjoys helping people achieve them . Luiz also believes that his job is to help people of all ages & fitness levels reach their full physical potential so that they can enjoy life in a more fulfilling way.
