About Adam

With over twenty five years of experience and an undergrad degree in exercise sports sciences, a masters degree in human nutrition and multiple certifications including the National Academy of Sports Medicine I pride myself on continually learning new ways to help people improve their health, lifestyle ad achieve their fitness goals that are maintainable!

The best part of my profession is watching my clients change and improve mentally and physically, by teaching them the skills necessary to not only achieve their goals but also how to maintain that knowledge for life. Watching my clients succeed is why I love being in this field! Every client is as unique as fingerprint therefore every plan is customized to address each individuals goals, metabolic type and fitness level when they start. My programs are evolutionary and change as the client changes in order to keep from hitting those dreaded plateaus!

I have been working out for 33 years, my first client was myself when I was 11 years old. I got certified when I was 18 and have been helping clients achieve their fitness goals ever since! I have a 5000 square foot private training facility that has everything needed to train any level or type of goals.

About the lesson

I meet with every potential client for a discovery appointment prior to signing up. This enables me find out what the clients goals are, any physical or dietary limitations that may need to be considered and to go over the different programs that would work best for each individual's situation.

I have worked with clients from 6 year old athletes to 80 year old clients just trying to improve balance and strength to maintain movement. The bulk of my clients have been weight loss, body and health transformation. I have also worked with professional athletes from baseball to Bodybuilding and bikini competitions. Needless to say no matter the goals I can help achieve almost any.

Hire a trainer based on education,knowledge and experience not solely on price because you definitely get what you pay for and your health is priceless. I have had to many people come to me after being injured by an unqualified person because of price.

One of my proudest moments was helping a client lose over 160 lbs in just 16 months. Completely changing their lives and saving it at the same time.
