About Chris
I have 40 years as a coach and trainer and I have not slowed my own learning during these years. This allows me to create movement work that has always been the leading edge of the fitness business and to always have new and exciting evolution based on sound scientific principles. I lay claim to having the best client retention in the business with many clients having passed the 20 year mark.
