About Laura
I have provided fitness training, life coaching and counseling for over 15 years in a variety of settings. I offer in person and online sessions. I look forward to hearing from you!
I consider the greatest achievement to be invited into one's journey and assisting in achieving divine purposes. I look forward to hearing from you!
I hold a Masters in Counseling with undergrad studies in exercise physiology. Certifications included American Council on Exercise along with numerous groups and sports specific training certifications including tennis and golf fitness. My career started as a certified personal fitness trainer and nutritionist where I owned Fitness For Life and have been contracted by 5 star resorts, fitness facilities, military installations and health and wellness centers in 3 countries and 4 states.
