About Daniel
I take a very science based approach to my protocols and programming. Everything I do or teach I do extensive research with along with lining things up with anecdotal evidence/research. Not only this, but I take very progressive approaches to my training rather than throwing the book at everything right off the bat like most trainers seem to do. I am NCSF Certified along with being a Neuromuscular Therapist that possesses extensive knowledge on human physiology, musculoskeletal system, joint function/integrity, mobility and corrective rehabilitation training, lipolysis/anabolism, etc... I have a VERY strong passion for helping teach others healthy ways of life and how to assist others in that same journey.
