We provide personalized one on one strength training on specialized machines in a 30 minute workout once or twice a week which will help you work to achieve your fitness and health goals.
We have been in Lincoln Park since 2002 and have an experienced staff trained in the SuperSlow protocal.
Our goal is to get you stronger in the most efficient and effective way possible.
