About Sheridan
I'm Sheridan Pannozzo - a certified personal trainer, fitness coach, accountant (yes, you heard right), and someone who is devoted to helping YOU achieve your fitness goals.
After graduating college with a degree in accounting and entering the corporate world, I quickly discovered my love for health & fitness. That's when I decided I could no longer brush this feeling under the rug & pursued my dream, obtaining my certification in personal training.
Now? I strive to educate & empower women through strength & form focused online training programs. The feeling of picking up a set of weights & killing a workout is unmatched. But walking away from your session with a new sense of confidence is even better.
Outside of fitness, you can find me enjoying my time in Chicago chowing down on some good food (pizza anyone?) & ending the night with a nice cuddle session with my cat June.

I love working with individuals and watching them grow and gain confidence in themselves. Working out was a true awakening for myself after graduating from college, and I want to instill this passion in others.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, who believes in the importance of continuing education. I am always trying to learn more about new trends that have been released, but never forgetting about the basics and strengthing my knowledge on all of the above. I have worked with indivdiuals in the past creating an 4 or 6 week online workout program that they can follow.
