About Jeff
I have been training for over 20 years and my distinction is that I provide a highly personalized service. Exercises, schedulling and nutritional recommendations are all individually deterermined...I do not provide a cookie cutter approach to fitness.
I enjoy the people. Every client is special and each goal/situation is unique and I enjoy being part the journey with each one.
I hold several national certififications in the areas of personal training, corrective exercise, coaching, and nutritrion counseling, just to name a few.
