Elite Determination Boxing is a training program for boxing & fitness. Our training program is for all levels of fitness and boxing experience.
I have 15 years of boxing experience, and 4 years of boxing coaching, nutritional, and strength and conditioning experience.

The best incite on the subject of fitness, nutrition, and boxing I've every had. Coach ED explained everything in simple terms, and the results were breathtaking. The prices are second to none in my opinion. In my past experience I've been over charged for minimal results from so called experts. I love his approach to health, wellness, fitness, and of course boxing!
