About Doug
Hi, my name is Doug and I have been a fitness enthusiast from the age of 15 and have seen many trends come and go in the fitness industry. As a certified Personal Trainer and a professional in the Fitness industry for more than 25 years I find that the basics always work best and I have developed a 30 minute workout that puts it all together and gets results without spending many hours per week exercising.
I love helping clients attain the results they desire ! And I especially enjoy teaching them fitness principles that they can use the rest of their life.
