300H certified. 200h Hatha Yoga from Rishikesh. 100H Ashtanga Yoga from Pure Yoga, NYC. Mat Steele Pilates certified. Anatomy trains by Thomas Myers certified and flexibility research course by Dan for personal trainers completed to expand my knowledge of the human body. 10 years teaching experience. Private lessons can be held at the studio or i can travel to you. Miami, Florida
I do Thai Massage and Acro Yoga when teaching, it complements my student’s practice.
