About Avery

Beginners to professional athletes i.e. boxing, NFL, NBA
When looking for a teacher. Be willing to be coachable.
SOCC Sand Beach Workout for kids. Its an opportunity for kids to come out and get first hand training from other athletes and be around others, not just athletes, who are motivated to move forward.
